Captain Jack’s Reflections by Corinne Le Goff
Corinne studied figure drawing at the School of Fine Arts of Paris. She then painted exclusively in watercolor for 15 years. She liked the immediacy, freshness and unpredictability of the medium, on top of the convenience of bringing a paintbox everywhere. She notably studied watercolor with Dale Meyers and Frederic Wong at the Art Student League of New York.
In 2005, she discovered American impressionism and the Cape School of Art and fell in love with the vibrancy of oil colors but also with the complexity of portraying natural light.
She has had the great privilege of studying with Hilda Neily, Rob Longley and John Clayton.
