The Moors by Judith Fulmer
Judith Fulmer’s work is a blend of impressionism and realism. Known for her seascapes, she works in several media, watercolor, oil and pastel. She began to study art at Towson University. Her interest in impressionism took her to Provincetown, Massachusetts, where she began studying at the Cape Cod School of Art. Judith’s work focuses on light and color. She continues to learn and share her passion about art with her students. She teaches now at the Cape School of Art in Provincetown and the Baltimore County Arts Guild.
Judith is an active member of several art organizations in Maryland and Massachusetts.
Her work is currently represented by Brice Interiors of Annapolis, Maryland, Domingos En La Playa of Provincetown, and Bohemian House of Ellicott City.
